Refund Policy

Our Service Fee

If your visa application is rejected due to a documented error made by our team, we will refund our service fee in full. Please contact us within 14 days of the rejection notice to request a review.

Government Visa Fee

The official Saudi government eVisa fee is collected and processed independently of our service and is non-refundable once submitted, in line with Saudi government policy. We have no ability to refund government fees on your behalf.

Change of Mind

If you cancel before we have begun preparing your application, we will refund our service fee in full. Once preparation work has started, a partial refund may apply depending on work completed.
